Designed to work with the Alkemista Infusion Vessel, each blend will infuse 750ml of alcohol. Simply add one blend to Alkemista’s infusion filter and infuse for the recommended time.
Gin No. 9 Tasting Notes
Gin is one of the most exciting and adventurous infusions. All gin recipes must contain juniper berries, but after that, anything goes – spices, flowers, roots, fruit, vegetables. Our Gin No. 9 blend combines subtle juniper with the flowery notes of lavender and jasmine.
Ingredients
Orange peel, juniper berries, lavender, angelica root, coriander seeds, jasmine flowers, orris root.
Instructions
- Place infusion in Alkemista filter. Tap filter on clean surface to release fine particles, then insert into Alkemista vessel.
- Add 750ml of vodka
- Infuse for 72 hours
