Completely disappointed

I was looking forward to receiving my package, which I never did! Nor was I offered a replacement unless I repaid for the item and repaid for shipping! The package was shipped via FedEx, which was a complete disappointment we live on a ranch in the country and my package was left randomly had a completely incorrect address, and the carrier even stated that they left it at an undisclosed storage shed, inwhich we don’t even have a storage shed on our property Mark we never received it. FedEx is delivered other packages to us. They know where we live. This is ridiculous! I’ve opened a case, but yet they won’t let me file a claim. They say that the shipper had to do so. For me to contact the shipper so I contacted the shipper earthi modern and requested their assistance. I was told to file a claim with FedEx, and an intern they would do the same thing, but in order to receive the package or a replacement, I would have to purchase and pay for additional shipping. I never received my first order my credit card company said for me to file a complaint on the merchantfor that purpose when I went back to FedEx to file a claim as instructed by the shipper, FedExstated that I could not file a claim that the shipper would have to do so. I notified the shipper of such expecting them to do the right thing by me as a customer to replace the item at no charge but yet they were expecting me to pay full price again and shipping. This has been going on for two weeks and I am sadly disappointed as I looked forward to this item as a Momento to a wonderful great Dane that has been in our life for the last 11 years, I’m heartbroken and felt like as a customer. I was not delivered what I expected meaning I never received my package at all and for the expensive cost of the item over $200 as I never received it. I’ve requested their assistant several times communicated ongoing. They never once offered replacement of the item. They told me the only way I could receive it was to re-order it and repay for it and pay for shipping again. I have provided my phone number and ask them to actually physically pick up the phone and call me and they choose to communicate with me through email which makes me very nervous and if they’re even a legitimate company I’m very disappointed in this entire transaction and would expect a full reimbursement. If not, I’m gonna go through my credit card to receive it.

Recycled Rover

We placed this order right after Covid struck. Due to issues which we all know about he got hung up overseas for about a year and a half. My wife and I figured we would never see him but EarthieModern contacted us couple weeks ago to see if we still wanted him. We did and EarthieModern still honored the original price! He looks great and we appreciate the sensational job you did!! Thanks again

Never showed up

I ordered it in 2018 and was told it was on back order. Now I received notice that it was delivered but it hasn’t shown up. Please provide tracking number or is your company basically a scam.
